- Polarity of first thyristor (2 → 1): T = forward, Tx = reverse.
- Polarity of second thyristor (3 → 1): T = forward, Tx = reverse.
- Cooling-base width of the module, mm (e.g. 34).
- Voltage-class code multiplier (C = ×100).
- Voltage class of the module, VRRM (e.g. 26 → 2600 V, 22 → 2200 V).
